        Step 1. Warm up & Lead in

        1. Enjoy the picturesPPT播放有關(guān)學(xué)校場所的圖片)
        T: Boys and girls, what are the pictures about?
        Ss: School.
        Ss: Yes, these pictures are all about school.
        2. Sing a song about school.

        通過觀看學(xué)校場所的圖片,讓學(xué)生提前感知今天的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,以及復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)過的學(xué)校場所類單詞。


        3. Guessing game
        There are many places in the school. What are they? Let’s guess.
        T: There are some desks and chairs in it. We can have lessons in it. Where is it?
        S: Classroom.
        T: You are right. Are there any classrooms in our school?
        S: Yes, there are.


        通過猜的過程,非常真實的引出詞匯,從而進(jìn)行詞匯教學(xué)。讓學(xué)生初步感知句型,與學(xué)生互動。











        Step 2. Learn the new words and sentences

        1. Learn the new words
        Guessing game的游戲,同法教授新詞:art room, library, playground, computer room, music room
        2. Read the new words

        游戲中結(jié)合there be句型的一般疑問句形式,通過教師的問題引導(dǎo),讓學(xué)生關(guān)注本課的重點句型。

        3. 新授句型:Is/Are there … ?
                     Yes, there is/are.
                     No, there is/are not.
        教師PPT出示本校學(xué)校平面示意圖,結(jié)合新授單詞,對學(xué)校場所進(jìn)行問答。
        T: Is there a library?
        S: Yes, there is.
        T: Are there any table tennis rooms?
        S: No, there aren’t.
        Ask and answer in pairs.
        4. 教授序數(shù)詞:first,  second, third及句型It’s/They’re on the … floor.
        (引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對教師進(jìn)行提問)
        SIs there a computer room?
        T: Yes, there are two computer rooms. They’re on the third floor.
        教授新詞:first, second,third
        5. 揭示課題
        T: Boys and girls, today, a new student joins us.
        PPT出示Nancy人物形象,She’ s new here. She’s a new student.
        Unit2 A new student揭示課題,帶讀。
        T: Can you show her around?
        教師示范:There is a library. It’s on the third floor.
                  There are two computer rooms. They’re on the second floor.
        小組利用學(xué)校平面示意圖向Nancy介紹自己學(xué)校場所具體位置。

        通過對話練習(xí),使學(xué)生能在相對真實的情境中使用本課所學(xué)的詞匯和功能句型。








        Step 3. Learn story time

        1.Listen and answer
          T: Boys and girls, you did a good job. But can Yang Ling show around her school to Nancy?
          播放Picture 1課文錄音。
          Ss: Yes, she can.
        2. T: If you’re Nancy, can you ask some questions about new school? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生利用新授句型,進(jìn)行提問。
          SIs there a …?
          S: Are there any …?
        3. Watch and circle
          T: What’s in Yang Ling’s school? Let’s watch the cartoon and circle the place.
        4. Read and match
          T: Which floor? How many? Let’s read and match.
          學(xué)生自讀課文,將學(xué)校場所樓層連線,并在文中找出場所的數(shù)量。
        5. Let’s read
        6. Let’s act

        教師通過提問引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注對話中的內(nèi)容,對學(xué)生的聽力理解能力進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。










        通過閱讀,獲取相關(guān)信息,檢驗學(xué)生對閱讀材料的理解程度。



        Step 3. Consolidation

        1. Try to retell. 結(jié)合板書,嘗試復(fù)述課文。
        2. I’m a little designer. 小組合作為學(xué)校設(shè)計,制作平面示意圖,并匯報。




        Step 4. Homework

        1. 聽磁帶,跟讀并熟讀課文。
        2. 運用本課所學(xué),向父母或朋友介紹自己的學(xué)校。
        3. 繼續(xù)完善自己的學(xué)校設(shè)計。
